- 2 large tomatoes cut tight at 8 pieces each
- 1 cucumber cut into slices (if tender enough do not peel off)
- 1 green pepper chopped into rings
- 1 red onion chopped into rings
- 10 Kalamata olives
- ½ jar of capers
- 150g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- oregano
In a bowl with water and a little salt , add the onion rings for 5 minutes. In a second bowl put the tomatoes , cucumbers , pepper , capers , onion , olive oil , salt and vinegar . Then stir it all together and decorate the salad with cheese , olives and oregano .
Tips :
Dive into the salad sauce your bread and then taste it.
For stronger flavor use green olive oil.
