Chickpeas Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg chickpeas
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 150 gr flour
  • half teacup chopped mint
  • half teacup chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • olive oil for frying




Put the chickpeas in a large bowl with water and leave them for one night. The next day boil and strain them. In a food processor add all the ingredients and make a puree. Knid the puree into balls and roll them in flour. Place the chickpeas balls in a pan with hot olive oil in high heat and fry them until they reach a golden brown colour.
