- 1 nut barley, large and round, slightly dampened with water
- 80 ml olive oil
- 100gr feta cheese, cut into cubes
- a pinch oregano
- 1 tomato, peeled and grated
- brown olives
- capers
Place the wet barley in a dish and drizzle with half of the olive oil. Spreads on the barley the grated tomato and add the feta cheese cubes and the olives. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with the capers and oregano. Enjoy as a salad or starter!
