- 400 gr olive oil
- 300 gr brown sugar
- 1 teacup orange juice
- zest of 5 oranges

- 5gr baking powder
- 750 gr flour
- 250 gr semolina
- 500 gr chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp soda powder
- 400 gr honey
- 300 gr sugar
- 1 teacup water
Mix well in a mixer bowl the olive oil and the brown sugar. Dissolve the soda powder in the orange juice and add all ingredients in the olive oil and sugar mix. At the end add the sifted flour and semolina. Knead until all your ingredients are thoroughly combined. Shape small portions as big as one and a half tablespoon in an oval shape and bake in preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
