Aromatic Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
  • 300grcooked farfalle pasta 
  • 150 gr diced feta cheese
  • 150gr diced kosher cheese
  • Brown olives 7 pcs
  • Green Olives 7 pcs
  • 3 tblspns chopped sun dried tomatoes 3
  • 3 tblspns finely chopped parsley
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • 3 tblspns olive oil



For the dressing:

  • 3 tblspns balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teacup olive oil 
  • 1 clove of garlic , chopped
  • salt


In a saucepan add water and a little salt and when the water starts boiling add the farfalle pasta and cook for 8 minutes , and the drain excess water from the pasta. In the same pot pour 3 tablespoons olive oil, add the farfalle pasta, salt and stir them so as to get the taste of the olive oil and put them in a deep salad plate. Add the feta cheese cubes , the kosher cheese cubes, the olives, the sundried tomato pieces, the chopped parsley , salt, pepper, oregano and mix all the ingredients gently. To prepare the dressing, put in blender the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the chopped garlic , a little salt and whisk well. Pour the dressing on our salad , stir and sprinkle with pepper.
