Asparagus Balls


Ingredients:
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 pound of cheese
  • 1/2 tspn cumin
  • 1/2 tspn of black pepper soup
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • some garlic
Cut the asparagus into small pieces and boil together with the peeled potatoes until tender . Grate the cheese , onion , garlic and mix with the breadcrumbs , cumin , eggs and pepper and knead in a bowl . Put in pan 1/2 cup of oil until it is hot. Pick amounts of the mixture with the help of a teaspoon, conjure balls and roll them in flour. Fry them in the pan.
