- 1 kg mushrooms
- 100gr. grated bread crumbs
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 glass of wine olive oil
- the juice of one lemon
- salt
- pepper
Cut the mushrooms into medium sized pieces, add salt and pepper and drizzle with the lemon juice and stir well. With bread crumbs, parsley and olive oil make a paste and mix it with the mushrooms. Spread the material in a baking dish and bake at 170 degrees until it is golden brown.
