Easter Cookies

                                        
Ingredients:
  •    700-750 gr . flour for all -purposes
  •    400 gr . butter or margarine
  •    250 gr. brown sugar
  •    2 eggs
  •    1.k.g baking powder
  •    1 egg
  •    zest of 1 orange





Chop butter into small pieces ( after it reaches room temperature ) and pour into a large bowl (or the bowl of our mixer ) along with all remaining ingredients . Knead until you achieve a homogeneous dough. If we judge that it is quite soft, place it in the fridge for a while . Shape small cookies shaped harness or round and place in the oven plate . In a bowl, lightly whisk the egg with a little water and we use a brush to brush the buns .
Bake in preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
