Fried Appleballs


Ingredients:
  • 6 apples
  • 5 tblspns soft flour
  • 200gr. caster sugar
  • 3/4 of a liter of olive oil
  • cinnamon
Wash and peel apples and grate them with a grater. Mix and knead the grated apples in a deep bowl with the flour and half of the portion of the sugar until it becomes a homogeneous dough . Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour portions of the mix with the help of a tablespoon in the hot oil croquettes. Frie them until they are browned. Remove them from the pan and place them on absorbent paper to drain the oil. Roll the
appleballs in the remaining sugar to give them a nice crust and sprinkle with cinnamon . Serve while they are still hot .
