Green Apples and Beetroot

Ingredients:
  • 4 beetroot bulbs
  • 3 green apples
  • 1kg yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Wash and peel the beetroot bulbs and grate them. Peel the green apples , cut into slices , remove the seeds
and grate them. Put the grated beets and green apples in a bowl, add the yogurt and mix well . Whisk in another bowl the lemon juice with the olive oil , the sugar and the salt and pour the sauce over the salad . Cover and place in the refriferator, for about 20 minutes before eating.
