- 300g olives of your choice without the kernel
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100gr capers
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 bunch parsley or cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoon brandy
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
Finely chop the olives, garlic, capers, anchovies and herbs. Mix in a bowl and add the brandy, pepper and olive oil.
