- 2 oranges
- 10 black olives
- 2 green onions
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon hot red pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Peel the oranges from the skins , fiber and seed, and put them in a bowl . Peel and wash the onions , place them in the bowl with the oranges , add the dill, red pepper , salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Allow for some time to marinate and place the ' orange fillets ' in a dish like. In the middle put the olives and garnish with a bunch of dill .
