- Cabbage cut with a cooking knife
- Carrot grated on a coarse grater
- Celery coarsely chopped , stems and leaves
- Sweet red pepper sliced
- A little spicy pepper , very finely chopped
- A bit of garlic , finely chopped ( optional)
- 1 tablespoon oliveoil
