- 1 pound shrimp No. 2
- 4-5 large cloves of garlic
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 large onions , chopped
- 1 pound fresh tomatoes , peeled and past the mixer
- 1/4 cup oil
- little salt , white pepper and cinnamon
- 1 packet spaghetti No.6
Wash and clean the prawns without removing the shell . Put in saucepan all ingredients (garlic , parsley , onion , tomatoes , oil , salt , pepper and cinnamon) , except for the shrimp and add one (1 ) glass of water . Let it boil for 15-20 minutes and stir.
Add the shrimp and boil for another 15 minutes ( until sauce thickens ) .
Boil the pasta . Drain and burn with fresh butter. Add grated gruyere . Serve in large earthenware tureen . Pour the pasta with the sauce and garnish top with shrimp .
