Ingredients:
Cut the pie crust sheets in half. Place 1 half sheet over the other half. In the center add feta cheese and fold like an envelope and repeat to make more small pies. In a small saucepan , pour the honey ,the vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water , boil the ingredients and stir to mix them. Fry the feta cheese pies until browned .
Take them out with a slotted spatula , leave them on absorbent paper for a while and then serve. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce to each pie and sprinkle with sesame seeds .
- 450 gr. pie crust
