Grilled Chicken Fillets

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillets
  • 2 teacups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper 



Preheat oven grill to 180 degrees. Place the chicken fillets on the grill and place it in one of the tall shelves of the oven. At the base of the oven, place a pan to collect any liquid from baking. Cook the fillets both sides and check with the help of a fork to see of they are ready. In the meantime in a large bowl add the olive oil, the mustard, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper and stir with the help of a spoon to prepare your sauce.
Remove the fillets from the grill put them in the bowl with the sauce and stirso that they get wet both sides. Serve immediately while they are still hot! Accompany with basmati rice and steamed carrot.
