Ingredients:
- 700g fresh or frozen peas
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 250 gr tomato sauce
- 1/4 teacup olive oil
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 tspn sugar
- salt
- pepper
Wash with fresh water and prepare all the vegetables. In a cooking pan pour the olive oil and saute the onions for a few minutes to wilt . Add the peas, the potatoes, the tomato sauce, the dill, the green onions, the sugar, salt, pepper and enough water until all ingredients are covered. Cook on low heat until the ingredients are smooth enough and you are left with a little sauce.
